Thomas Pena
Founder and CEO
Thomas is US Army Veteran and husband of 23 years and father to 6 boys that range from 7 to 21 with One granddaughter. Thomas has 30 years in the Automotive Industry and has managed multiple automotive dealerships and has worked with a few of the top training companies in the U.S.. Thomas is member of the John Maxwell team and a certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. Thomas’s sales and leadership experience has made him an authority in the automotive and executive coaching field.

Director of Operations
Alex is a proud father and combat veteran that served with 5th Special Forces Group in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Since transitioning to the civilian sector, Alex has put his unique skill set to the test by training today's work force in leadership and management.
